Data Deletion Instructions — Spark Studio Social
Last updated: 21 October 2026.
Application: Spark Studio Social · Meta App ID 1217356887647390
Operator: Salman Ameen Alabd, operating as Spark Studio, currently located in Malaysia.
Privacy contact: sparkdesignone@gmail.com — monitored for privacy and deletion requests.
1. Send a deletion request
Email sparkdesignone@gmail.com with the subject Spark Studio Social — Data Deletion Request. Use the email address associated with your account or your authorized client-administrator contact where possible.
Include only what is needed to locate the relevant information:
- The platform involved, such as Facebook or Instagram.
- Your public profile, Page or professional-account URL or username; include an app-scoped user ID only if you already have it.
- Whether you want us to disconnect an account, delete its information from the tool, remove a particular draft or record, or review another specific category of information.
- Whether you are the account holder, a client representative or another person whose information may be present.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, access tokens, payment-card details or copies of identity documents. You do not need to send a Meta password to request deletion. No payment is requested through this page.
You can submit a request without logging in to the studio’s tool. If you cannot email from the original contact address, explain that in your request; we will seek a proportionate way to verify identity or authority.
2. What happens next
- We acknowledge the request and provide a reference for follow-up by email.
- We locate the relevant records and, where necessary, confirm that you are entitled to request the action. We do not disclose another client’s records during verification.
- For an account-level disconnection or deletion request, we stop further automated use of that connection and review pending scheduled content so it is not published after the request is accepted. If stopping one person’s access would affect a jointly managed client account, we clarify the authorized scope before deleting shared records.
- We delete the information within the confirmed scope that is no longer needed for an authorized purpose, and revoke or remove associated authorization data where relevant.
- We send a completion notice, or explain any lawful limitation, additional information needed and the expected next step. You can reply with your request reference to ask for the status.
Service targets: acknowledge within 7 calendar days and aim to complete verified requests within 30 calendar days, or sooner where applicable law requires. If more time is needed, we will explain why and provide an expected completion date. These targets are not evidence that a request has been completed.
3. Information that can be covered
Depending on what is held and the verified scope, deletion may cover:
- Account and Page identifiers, profile information and management-role records.
- The tool’s stored authorization tokens and connection details.
- Drafts, scheduled items, uploaded media and local publication or analytics records related to the request.
- Relevant comments or interaction information stored by the tool, if that feature was enabled.
- Support information that no longer needs to be retained.
If we hold no information matching the verified request, we will say so rather than claim to have deleted records that were never present.
4. Important limits
- Published social-network content is separate. Removing a copy or record from Spark Studio Social does not automatically delete a post already published on Facebook, Instagram or another service. Identify particular published content you want reviewed. We can only act within the account permissions and authority available, or direct you to the platform’s own controls.
- Other people’s copies are separate. We cannot erase independent copies, screenshots or records controlled by another organization.
- Limited required retention may apply. If applicable law requires us to retain particular information, we will limit its use and explain the category and reason where permitted. We may keep a minimal record of the request and its outcome to document compliance, not the deleted account dataset itself.
- Backup handling must be documented. If backup copies exist, deleted information must not be restored to active use and must expire under an approved backup-retention schedule. The owner must approve and implement that schedule before production use.
5. Revoke access through Meta
You may also remove or revoke Spark Studio Social in the relevant Facebook or Instagram account’s settings. Depending on the account and login flow, look for Apps and Websites or Business integrations, then find Spark Studio Social and use the available removal controls. Platform menu labels may change.
Revocation stops the authorization available to the tool but is not, by itself, confirmation that historical data stored by the tool has been erased. Email us if you also want deletion of information held by Spark Studio Social. Do not delete your Facebook or Instagram account merely to disconnect this tool.
6. This is an instructions page, not an automated callback
This static page explains an email-based deletion process. It does not accept signed Meta deletion requests, issue automated confirmation codes or operate a request-status portal. A request reference and status are provided through the manual email process.
When configuring the Meta app, use this page for the data deletion instructions URL option. Do not enter a static page as an automated Data Deletion Request callback URL. An automated callback would require a separate, tested HTTPS backend and signed-request validation.
7. Privacy and contact
Read the Privacy Policy for the information categories, purposes, recipients and retention approach. Questions or requests: sparkdesignone@gmail.com — public privacy contact.
